Born in Chicago, Hartzler moved to Springfield, where he found his niche in film and video production in high school. He leads the team with his experience in shooting and editing. More than a cameraman, he turns his visions into tangible productions. His knowledge of video gives him the ability to be an impactful storyteller through the medium.
